Totally Free Internet Surfing

I think the fore most problem is the high price :-D in the internet cost. How can one get a totally free :drool Internet surfing in a confort of his or her own home. Fogert of libraries etc.

What you are asking for here simply does not exist, unfortunately, at least as far as I know. Sometimes internet companies will offer a discount or lower rate for various reasons. For example back in 2011 when Comcast acquired NBC Universal, an FCC-mandated requirement was that the company offer more inexpensive Internet access to "low-income" households. Comcast began offering a new program called Internet Essentials. Families who qualify are able to sign up for 1.5-Mbps Internet access – for only $9.95 a month. Some customers may also be eligible for a free computer that costs only $150 as well as entirely free Internet training. But getting internet access for absolutely nothing - for FREE? Not in this lifetime as least not that I've ever heard of.
