    Hi,

Any help would be greatly appreciated, but my computer tower has started to vibrate and "chirp" when it is on. This started today, but it has not shut down or anything else yet. Any advise? Thank you!!!

Check your hard drive to make sure that it is mounted securely and none of the mounting screws have came loose. Also check that your cpu heatsink fan is operating properly, same for the power supply fan, and any other fans that may be in your system
You said that your system hadn't shut down yet, but didn't specify at which stage you were hearing the "chirps". If the computer hasn't fully booted, and is still on the BIOS screen, then the "chirps" could mean that you have a system problem, and the "chirps" or beeps, are the BIOS's way of letting you know what to look for, or what is wrong. If the computer hasn't fully booted, and you hear the " chirps", go to the BIOS manufacturers web site, and look for the trouble code section. This will explain the "chirps" or beeps.

Has one of your fan blades just slung off a load of dust and unbalanced itself?
