Traces Viewer 1.11 - any way to delete traces

    Hi, friends,
    I just downloaded and ran "Traces Viewer 1.11 " and WAS amazed at how many things are left on our computers by web browsing. What is the next step in erasing these? I periodically run registry cleaners and ant-spyware programs. Need I do more?
