Track / Record history in IE8

We have two shared computers in the office and need to track who is using them to view "bad" sites. Using IE8 on WinXP Home. I need to be able to display or print out a list and say "ok, this person visited these sites"

I wanted to be able to do this without the suspected user knowing that I am "watching" and reviewing what he did for example last night when the office was empty.

Every program I came across seemed to be able to read and report on the internet history, but if the user deletes the history, this is pointless. They did not seem to have any sort of "archival" recording capabilities.

I was going to try not allowing users to be able to delete history at all, but unfortunately they are running XP Home not Pro so there is no group policy function.

I don't want/need/can't install filtering software such as Net-Nanny type deals and cannot devote the time to blocking and filtering in the usual ways or by content etc and I don't want to actually block anything, but I want to be able to see the problem and correct the user(s) in question - preferably hitting them over the head with a heavy object. :-D I don't have time for packet sniffing or other complicated methods of tracking data and URL and so forth.

I just need a quick and dirty program or add-on that can display or print out a report of the history from last few days, etc, even if the user deleted browsing history.

Can anyone recommend any procedures, or FREE software, add-ons, etc ?

I don't think there is anything wrong with the other one that is listed above the one I suggested, these are not programs that I am familiar with as I have not had any need of them, all I did was searched and suggested a result that I came across, which I thought was relevent.
