Tracking Downloads?

    I was wondering if anyone out there knew of any program or a way to keep track of my upload/download amounts monthly.I got an e-mail saying I used to much bandwidth (25gigs+).

    They do offer more bandwitdh for a price, but I would like to think I could easily survive on 25gigs. Just need to track it.
