The defacto standard around here is CCleaner with the right options configured, it is very thorough, and very secure.

There is always the Drive Cleaners section of the download pages, though, and you can choose one that meets your requirements.

    Hi

Yes CCleaner will clean tracks up well and can in the Options menu have the cleaning set to DOD 5220.22-M or NSA (7 pass) to Gutmann (35 pass) routines, bare in mind though the more passes the longer it will take to erase the data securely.

Eraser which is also free is a good one, from the Drive Cleaners list.

Mil Shield, Ccleaner have frequent updates and they are Extremely useful for cleaning up computers with full hard drives.

Mil Shield (has free trial) but owns more features than Cclenaer (it is free), but yet I'm fan of Mil Shield.. already 3 years.

At all costs you have to download some good one that can scan. Otherwise you will have lots of troubles.

I'm with mil shield from years. It is a very good application that cleans up your temporary files and cleans your registry.

Hi, thanks guys for your suggestions :)

I will try these Mil Shield and CCleaner (I've heard them from other forums, so I suppose that they are good tools).
HoT FeVeR, I'm really looking for software that could clean all I want to clean, you know files, tracks, registry.

I've never heard of TweakNow PowerPack 2010 but I will try it too.

Looks like folks using versions higher than Firefox 3.5(now at version 3.6.3) are left out in the cold for their $29.90 they spent on Mil Shield.

I believe any of the other suggestions would be a better choice, especially if you use Firefox.

They already have released cleaning of Firefox 3.6 traces, I know because I have mil shield's latest version. It is worth in my opinion.

Hi guys, i've tested Mil Shield and CCleaner.
There are differences between them but I incline to Mil shield (I like its shredding functions for my free hard space and the fact that it has cleaning of 5 or 6 browsers). But CCleaner is also useful ;)

TweakNow PowerPack 2010 is mainly registry program but looks like useful too.
