transfer email contacts from one pc to another?

i am wanting to transfer email contacts from outlook express on one pc to another that has outlook 2007. is this possible? and if so how is it done?

also how do i transfer all the emails to the other one ?

For your contacts, you could export them from OE in CSV format and then import them into Outlook. Alternatively, if your OE contacts are in Windows Address Book, you could find your .wab file, copy it to the other computer, and then import it to Outlook. See http://www.insideoe.com/files/wab.htm.
