Transfer MSN favorites to IE7

-Do you guys know if there's a way to transfer "My Favorites" from MSN to IE7? I used to have MSN Premium when I had Verizon DSL. I really liked the Premium. But we went with a local wireless broadband provider to keep the $$ in our area instead of a nationwide giant.

-I lost the Premium browser when I ended up having to reformat my hard drive due to other problems. Now I can't get the Premium version back and was stuck using MSN 6 which absolutley sucks. So I dl'd IE7 and I like it a lot except for having to transfer all of my favorites. I know MSN 6 can transfer favorites from IE. Any clues how to do this? Or am I stuck jumping back and forth doing the ol' copy & paste thing?
