Transferring business contacts from outlook to outlook 2003

I need to know how to transfer my business contacts list from my old out look to my outlook 2003 and they are on two different notebooks. Please help!! Thanks.

 

you might want to put this in software next time... but doesn't matter; always glad to help.

in the old outlook, go to file and import/export. then you can just follow the wizard to back up the contacts. send the created file over to the outlook 2003 and do the same thing (except importing instead of exporting) and voila!
