Before anyone answers: onto a different computer is the key phrase here

So I have a new laptop (not really, but for all intents and purposes for this question, it is). I have always used iTunes, but since I don't have an iphone, I have zero interest in installing any of Apple's invasive crap on my computer.

I have gotten all my music over (and converted all my itunes music to mp3) so that is not an issue.

I have installed MusicBee because I decided I hate Window Media Player.

    My question:

Does anyone know how I can save my itunes playlists from my old laptop and use them on MusicBee. Is this even possible without having to install iTunes?

I have done a search on google and have gone through all the top results, so mostly I'm looking for someone who knows how to do this and not just a google search link.
