Transferring Windows Media playlists to new computer

I recently changed from a Vista computer to a 32 bit 7 OS. I ran Easy Transfer before I deleted all the files and ran Easy Transfer again on my new computer. Media Player doesn't display my old playlists on my new computer and I checked the list of files that were transferred during Easy Transfer and can't see any related to playlists. I also got a message after Easy Transfer saying that files were transferred but not my profile because my old computer was in a different language to my new one.

I spent a long time creating my playlists and would love to get them back. Any help much appreciated.
