For those who care, I've found a transparent notepad replacment to go along with TCMD

Its called Metapad.

Well, my wife does, because I don't have so much of a use for it.

Thanks guys, I just downloaded both.

I've been wanting a desktop calendar like that, free too.

Metapad, I like also, so many times I have to type in info from a file, such as a long serial code that won't copy and paste. But as soon as you click one, the other window disappears. This way I can configure metapad to stay on top. I can foresee other uses for it.
