Transparent Task Manager?

I tried searching the software listings here, but I couldn't seem to refine my search enough to avoid getting 50+ results. I am looking for an "always on" utility similar to Window's Task Manager. I would like it to monitor my running tasks with their CPU and RAM usage, perhaps in a graphical format (coloured bars, for instance). I want it to be able to position itself "always on top" but have adjustable transparency. Ideally I could slide it over to the far right of my right-hand monitor where I could keep an eye on it with my peripheral vision. I am a control freak and I want to know when new processes are starting and what ones are spiking, leaking, etc. Perhaps an option for history graphs or frequency of certain threshholds and things like that.

Does such an application exist for Windows XP? Will I have to write this myself?

 

That looks pretty good. It seems that you have to manually configure what processes it will show (which means I can't monitor new ones starting), but I have only given it a cursory glance. I will delve into it more tonight. Thanks!
