   Hi,
   What is the best way to uninstall Trend Micro Anti-Virus on my sisters computer,she's running Vista. Should I use the Add and Remove in control panel or the Trend Micro diagnostic toolkit. Also should I shut down the anti-virus program first,or just use one of these tools in Safe Mode.

   If it is v17, then this will cleanly remove it
   http://www.appremover.com/supported-applications/supported-applications.html
   No need to shut things off because thus remover also does that before it starts cleaning up.
