It's just a cookie! Cookies are not problems and in most case are very useful to you.

Most malware scanning programs love to show cookies and MRUs as problems because it increases their detection counts and makes them look good. In reality it makes them look stupid when they report them as problems. They are not problems. And both can be easily removed if the end user (you) desire to remove the tracks being left while you are surfing.

 

Well don't go overboard. Ewido is a very good program. But it like many other programs is just a bit to over zealous in declaring cookies to be that bad. Yes some are worse that others and some do track various aspects of your surfing. But in some cases tracking can be useful. Basically just don't be so concerned about them, you can easily clean them yourself with any browser if they bug you. But just be aware that when you dump all cookies you may be dumping things you want too. For example, supposed you automatically want to login to Majorgeeks when you come here. You can have your login info saved (this is in a cookie) to auto login. If you delete all cookies you will loose this info and will have to login manually.
