Trogan.Peacomm Virus

What is up with this virus?

I have Norton Security 2005 and it tells me that I am unprotected from this virus so I select the option to protect me and I am all set but no more than a few minutes later it does it again. I ran a full scan after downloading all the updated definitions again and there was nothing detected. I also updated and ran SpyBot then I turned off my modem. I ran Registry Cleaner, no problems so I turn on my modem and once again I get the same thing. So the only way I can access the internet is with Norton disabled. Can anyone help :yum

 

correction... IMMEDIATELY after selecting 'protect me' with Norton I cannot access the internet. Also, per the instructions on the Norton site I did disable the System Restore feature and followed all those steps.
