Trogan Virus HELP!!

ok i had eztrust virus and firewall. after your last post to me, i uninstalled and installed avg and zone..tg to..i ran avg this am twice and it has found 2 infected files with trogan horse. it shows both are currently in the virus vault. i am unfamiliar with viruses so please what do i do?

Which ones are they? Someone will be able to help you better if we know the names of the trojans, as not all removal instructions are the same.

That said, I don't want to step on any toes here by presuming to comment on a virus question, but I do know that much.

 

Actually, we have a generic guide for assisting people with malware problems. I recommend that you follow the instructions in this thread to clean your system of the bugs!

 

I cannot begin to tell you how awesome you guys are.. WOO HOO .. the virus is gone..yes it was in my system restore..i followed your steps to the letter and after 5 hours poof gone!!!! Very Big Huggerz to Ya'll for your help..
oh and here are the reports from the online scanners and the hijack this also.
