troj 167A HELP!!

my puter is possesed!
I have been trying to figure this out for a week. I have tried to go through your list of "read first" and I have already had a few issues.
Step 2
I have the remote procedure call on my list but the stop buttin isn't highlighted so I can't turn it off.

Trend micros has found "TROJ 167A" but it is not cleanable. I can't find info or a remover for this anywhere.

Symantic scan for viruses says I am not running explorer 5 or higher (I am) and will not scan my pc.

I have run about 10 different spyware and virus scan and I am still at my wits end.
I have a "systems warning" pop up that tells me I have spyware and to click "yes"to download remover or "no" to ignore the danger. This thing pops up every 90 seconds. In addition I have "girls" that are popping up all over the place.
Evplorer is crashing and I am restarting for no reason. My panda program won't keep it's antivirus up and running and NOrton can't delete anything.

HELP!! Ideas?

 

I also have another trojan that trends found. troj small.qc. This one is not cleanable as well

 

try booting into safe mode and then running the scan

 

I contacted a local "geek" and he said my only option was a reformat. I am up and runnong again. Thanks
