Troj/Virtum-Gen and Mal/Generic-A

    hello

    yesterday I got those two viruses, and my antivirus program Sophos cannot get rid of them...
    what can I do? my computer is slower now and strange...
    hope someone can help.... I dont understand anything about computers :-( please help
