Troj_Winshow.AB and Troj_Agent.Z2 (Please Help!!!_

My computer started getting lots of popups and my homepage was being changed. Also whenever I go to google to do a search, a separate search results page pops up.

Because of this, I tried to load up the Trend Micro Homecall online virus scanner. But each time I try to go to the page, Internal Explorer gives an error message and Internet Explorer shuts down. So what I did is I downloaded the 30-day trial version of Trend Micro Antivirus program.

Now, each time I open Internet Explorer, the Trend Micro Internet Security Notification pops up and tells me my computer has Troj_Winshow.AB in C:\windows\system32\wxewa.dll
and also Troj_Agent.Z2 in various files in C:\windows\system32 or C:\windows itself (There are many files that are infected with Troj_Agent.Z2.

I have tried the instructions on the Trend Micro website with these two viruses but it doesn't work. Specifically, for the Troj_Agent.Z2, I cannot find the

__NS_Service_3

in

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>System>CurrentControlSet>
Services>__NS_Service_3

How can I remove these two viruses from my computer? Please help!!!! Thank you so much.
