Trojan COLLECTED.AE need help

    Good evening,

    I run AVG and it continually tells me to "run AVG for windows" , For COLLECTED.AE


    I have read the "sticky' of things to do, and have done all I can possibly do but can not get rid of this trojan.


    I have tryed all of the safe mode suggestion and have resorted to Hijack this.

    I have run Hijack this and have the log saved.

    Can anybody please help?

    If you have run ALL steps of the READ ME, you should read the tutorial in this Sticky thread NO HIJACK THIS LOG FILES BEFORE READING THIS: HJT Tutorial & LOG File Posting

    Now post a HijackThis as a .txt file attachment (i.e., hjtlog.txt) to your message. All running programs should be closed, including your web browser, e-mail, items in the tray, anything you can close... Close before running Hijack This!

    Do NOT run Hijack This from the Desktop, a temp folder or choose run it directly from the downloaded ZIP file. Place it in its own folder, for example C:\Program Files\HJT
