Trojan & Comp will not post

I got a trojan (PSW.WOW.NNK, or something, I apologize I can't remember) and I could find no way after 3 days to remove it... NOD32 was detecting the ###ymg.dlls it was making, but removing those didn't do a thing... I googled various info and none of it really applied to my case so I couldn't do much about it.. I also tried various programs that my friends recommended (CCleaner, HJT, MalwareBytes) but nothing work.

I finally decided to give up and reformat, but after popping my win7 disc in and shutting my PC off, it will no longer post. In fact, I cant turn it off either! I pressed the power button and now its just sitting there with all the fans on, not posting, and it wont turn off no matter how long I hold the power button... Please help!

*edit the only thing I changed was I set my disc drive to my first boot device so it would boot the disc and I could reformat and reinstall windows, after this I restarted and it would no longer post...and its been about 15 minutes now that it's sitting there on and nothing I can do will shut it off besides unplugging it which I'm not sure I want to do

Specs: Win7 64bit, Core i7 975 extreme, 8gb ram, evga classified GTX 285, evga classified x58 3xsli mobo.

 

I apologize if this would fit better in hardware section... but I put it here since it started with a trojan

 

My graphics card fan is also not spinning... so maybe that is the issue ._. please help
