Trojan dilema!

    I cant believe my bad luck or maybe its my stupidity? ive just removed the Trojan W32 sumthin virus by following the tutorial in spyware specific, and now ive just been hit by the Trol summat virus...what am i doin wrong? Please help, im really gettin depressed.
