Trojan:Dos Alureon.A won't allow me to open any programs.

Hi guys, did some digging around trying to find some information on this Trojan and managed to get a good bit on info from this thread on here. This situation is pretty much identical to the predicament I find myself in.

Anyways, I got the FRST64 log after running that on my computer, but did not install the fix file (as it was created solely for that user's computer). I was wondering if anybody could give me a hand figuring mine out. Thanks a bunch!

NOTICE: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on that particular machine. Running this on another machine may cause damage to your operating system

Attached is fixlist.txt

• Save fixlist.txt to your flash drive.
• You should now have both fixlist.txt and FRST64.exe on your flash drive.

Now re-enter System Recovery Options.
Run FRST64 and press the Fix button just once and wait.
The tool will make a log on the flashdrive (Fixlog.txt).

Reboot normally. You should be able to run programs.
