Trojan:DOS/Alureon.E

My Dell Inspirion 1750 laptop has been infected with TrojanOS/Alureon.E virus I've tried all I can to remove it but it just won't go and I get redirected to websites that I don't need, my computer audio and video sounds keep distorting and cutting off in and out whenever am listening to something, I didn't have that before, it just started when my laptop got infected with the virus, also Error code:0x80501001 PLEASE HELP, thanks.

I have tried using MSE to remove it but its still there, please somebody help, thanks in advance.
