Trojan found !

Does any one know how to get rid of Variant of Win32/TrojanDownloader .Swizzor trojan, i'm just doing a full clean out of my sons PC and now in the process of running Eset and it's found 11 threats with the same thing !
Will Eset gt rid for me or do i need to download a trojan killer or something else like that ?
Thanks in advance for any help !
P.S OS is WinXP Pro

 

Well, Eset is good but if it doesn't do the trick then you'll have to do the 'Read and Run' me dance.

Well, the R&R is more of a perseverance thing but I'm sure many also think it's :banghead:banghead:banghead:-D I hope Nod32 does it for you as the R&R is quite time consuming but well worth it IMO. I've only had to do it once on my gf's laptop and the procedure worked! :wine I didn't even have to bother the good folks here.
