Trojan, Hijacked browser

whenever I start up Internet Explorer I get the trojan virus

Any Ideas what I should do to fix this? I disconnected my internet, did the virus scan, did Spy-bot, and did Ad-Aware so there was nothing left detectable by those three searches, but this virus keeps coming back along with the above Ad-Aware items.
