Trojan Horse Collected.5.L

I got this virus before and the only way i got rid of it,i restored my computer.
I have the free version of Avg anti,and since then i bought zone alarm pro
firewall and now i got the virus again.i have XP op.sys.on a dell comp.I dont know how it got passed the firewall.AVG finds it when i start up,I put it in the vault,but it comes back,Ive looked for the virus but cant find anything info
on it. any suggestions?

Have you tried to disinfect your system in safe mode?

If so you may need to try it while in DOS/CMD mode. Many times that works, since windows is not loaded, most of the new trojans only run in windows.
