Trojan Horse keenval.c

I cant get rid of it............... what do I do, I have tried EVERYTHING....

I am so tired of these trojan horses and my lack of computer knowledge!!!

 

Which antivirus do you use? I've read that AVG will remove the trojan horse that you mentioned. I use it, and it's a very good (not to mention free) antivirus. Make sure you turn off the Restore function (if you're using XP) until you've removed the trojan, and done a complete, sucessful virus scan. Otherwise the virus will keep showing up in your restore files. Once you've run a full scan without the virus showing up, you can turn your Restore function back on.

 

I bet thats it cause it keeps showing up...

• Right-click on the My Computer icon.
• Click Properties
• Click the System Restore tab
• Click Turn off system restore checkbox
• Click OK
