Trojan Horse

    Hi

    i seem to have picked up a trojan horse.

    The sypmtons are

    i open up my home page (google) then after about 2-3 seconds about:blank truted home page comes up and also opens another window

    My zone alarm stops process 1564 xwxload.exe from dialling

    then message pops up alerting me to a trojan horse "trojan horse dialer.8.ap" and that the file is in temp internet files/content.IES

    i have ran cwshredder,AVG,Spybot,spywareblaster,stinger,ad-aware and reinstalled windows but still no luck

    Im not the most technically minded person so any advice would be grateful

    Re-installing Windows would work, had you formatted the drive, otherwise you simply did a repair on it that restores system files and leaves everything else intact. Of course, you could have done it right and got infected immediately.
