Trojan.intell32

I've tried everything from manually deleting the file from registry, finding the file folder and trying to delete it that way, using my Microsoft Anti-Spyware program to remove it(which it finds it every time i run the scan and says it has removed it) all of this to no avail!

I've downloaded HJT and followed the proper installation and execution directions

the log file is attatched as well as a systems specs file made by AIDA32.

What do I need to do next?

http://www.majorgeeks.com/images/grenade.gif Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.
