Trojan maybe?

I have a major problem with my computer. I know my way around them enough to do medicore repairs. This afternoon when I got home i booted up my PC as usual. It seemed to take longer than what it normally does. I immediately tried to connet to a webiste(ffo.warcry.com) but nothing came up, not even a WEBSITE NOT FOUND screen. Just a blank screen. So i checked my router and made sure everything was plugged in and all and it was. So i decided to ping my ip....thats were i noticed a huge problem. I had no IP address =(. So i made sure all the other computers on my networked could connect to the internet and had IP's. They did. So i decided maybe i should just reboot mine...i couldn't reboot nothing would happen. So just to make sure i started to scan for viruses using Stinger. It would not open. And when i tried to redownload it on another computer and re-instal it, that did not work, my A:\ drive litterally took 5 mins to open the file, just to get another error. I have no idea what is going on with it. I even tried to re-install windows and formatt, no luck, would not boot off the CD...Can you plz help me?
