Please follow all the steps in this Sticky thread READ ME FIRST BEFORE ASKING FOR SUPPORT: Basic Spyware, Trojan And Virus Removal

If you already have any of the programs linked in the tutorial please double check your version to make sure you have the latest one and that you have any/all updates for the programs.

NOTE: In order to resolve the issues you are having it is very important that you at least try to perform all the steps as outlined. If you have any difficulty please post back letting us know what steps you have completed, what you found while doing the scans if anything and details about any problems you have encountered in completing the steps. The more details you can provide the better.

Alright thanks for the link, but I have already ran Adaware, Spybot, CWShredder and various virus scanners. After I did all that it showed that I still have the problem. I posted my hijack this log and I see some questionable items on there, but before I remove them I want to get a second opinion on what someone else sees as bad. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

please DON'T post your log until we ask for it and all posted logs MUST be attached as a text document and not inline. We have setup a tutorial that must be followed exactly REGARDLESS of what you used to scan. There are various reasons for this. Please follow the tutorial first or it will make our job much harder.

Also try the alternative scans listed at the bottom of the tutorial.

    Thank You

Alright I have run everything in the tutorial and still have the same problem as I listed in earlier posts. Furthermore this is the error message that I get when I have an Internet Explorer window open for maybe a few minutes: Iexplore caused an Invalid page fault in module kernal32.dll at 017F:BFF9DB61. Also the computer is running really slow and has all the symptoms of spyware. but I can't seem to get rid of it. Any help would be appreciated.
