Trojan Virus - IEupdater.exe and system 32 issues

Everytime I turn on my computer, I receive a pop-up that states, ieupdater.exe can not be found. When I run anti-virus programs, I get a box that tells me my computer will shut down. It does after many attempts to stop it. In addition, I receive many pop-ups when I am on the internet. Here is a copy of DSS that I ran:
