My dad bought a new PC so i went to a friend earlier today to copy some games into my USB. When i install it to my PC, trojans suddenly invaded the computer. Avira keeps reporting trojans are detected until all programs installed are quarantined. I know don't know what i'm doing i just keep moving them to quarantine until i noticed that none of the programs are working anymore. I went to a nearby internet cafe to download Advanced Care Systems 4 and Malwarebytes since we don't have internet yet. But even these programs' exe files are quarantined as well. I can't even check the log files because notepad is also quarantined. I dunno what to do. Please help.

These are some virus detected by Avira:
    TR/Patched.gen2
    TR/Dropper.gen
    TR/Crypt.ULPM.gen
    TR/Crypt.XPACK.gen
    WORM/Conficker.y.14
    HEUR/Malware

I dunno if those info could help though. =/

Since it is a new PC, I suggest you just re-image it using the backup partition and set it back to factory settings. You can get further assistance on doing that in the software forum. I would then throw away the USB stick.
