Trojan's

I have been getting hit with Trojans and i think its due too this mmo game i downloaded be cause my Bit defender is not working and not letting me scan any thing.But my malwarebytes Pro version picked up this.

And just now i did a Advance System Care maleware scan and it picked up trojan.win32 agent

And on top of this issue i can not seem too get my 2009 Bit Defender too scan or Delete off my computer i have windows xp 64bit i can delete the program but it will not delete from the 32bit folder i have tried file assassin and i have all so tried too delete it with the Advance system care 5.1 Iobit Uninstaller i did a power full scan and it will not uninstall from the 32bit folder and the reason i can not use the Bit defender every time i tried to press the Scan options any of them a Error will pop up Saying.Error Scan Failed to Execute.

 

I have all ready clean out all of the files and folders And the Trojans But i still cant seem too get my Bit defender working to make sure i have looked at the Threads it came up three times when i did three different scans i have played many mmos and never got a false on them.
