    HI

No issues in downloading it at all, tried 3 of the download locations only ( TX, FL and EU )

What if any errors do you get or is screen blank, if the download doesnt start, adn your using say IE6/7 then look for the small drop down warning under the address bar/tabs and click that to start the download or click the Click here if it does not link on the download page

Also delete your cookies and temp internet files, Tools > Internet Options and under Browsing history, then try again.

I've tried downloading every download site at MajorGeeks with no luck. I just get a blank screen. I get this http://esd.element5.com/affiliate.html?publisherid=200107. Thanks for any help. I am using the new eset smart security suite. I even tried disabling my firewall and that didn't work either.

I still can't get the link to work. I'm atill getting that same message and blank screen. I even tried uninstalling my download manager as Halo suggested and even that didn't work. Maybe I'll just have to wait until Iobit comes out with the final version, otherwise I'm just stumped. Thanks for any ideas or help.ejspies

Looks like you are getting redirected, try another MG download link for anything and see if it does the samething.

As your mentoning a beta version of AdvancedWindowsCare can you link us to the page your trying to download from? as I dont see BETA mentioned in our downloads.

Also did you clean your cookies and temp files, if not then do so and a good application to get is http://www.majorgeeks.com/download4191.html ( Install and run Cleaner ) and if you can get this one it shows its just that one app your after thats the issue, if you cannot get CCleaner then we maybe looking at other issues

Also what is your Windows Version and Browser used?

I've finally succeeded in getting the download of AWC version 2.40 via the Orbit download manager. I have Windows XP Home Edition SP2 and use Internet Explorer 7. I had tried using Free Download Manager 2.3 Build 610 to no avail. I appreciate everyone's help trying to help me with this problem. I found out that their are some people who care enough to help newbies like me to find answers to their problems. Special thanks to Halo. Thanks again ejspies.

If you are running Spybot S&D, then exit the Teatimer while you do the download/update. It flows, and afterwards you can put re-activate the Teatimer in your Spybot settings.
