Trouble Downloading

    I have bellsouth's DSL extreme 6Mb download and was wondering if anyone can tell me how to do multiple downloads simultaneously. For whatever reason, I right click and hit save targer as, and i-explorer only allows 2 downloads at a time from the same website. Is this something determined by i-explorer, by windows, or by the web-site?

    Also I have a subscription to Fileplanet.com and until recently I have never had a problem like this one. But it caps my download speed at 20k...which isnt even half the speed of 56k and thats not what I'm paying them for. If anyone has any answers for me they would be much appreciated.
