Okay I have 1 harddrive. I want to format. I have malware problems and have been waiting since saturday for help in malware forums but nothing yet, I've decided to just format. So I put in my Windows XP, boot it, I press enter to install XP. Then it freezes on the License agreement page. I can't deny, accept, or go to the next page. It's just frozen.

Usually you press F8 to agree to the license. Is the drive a SATA or IDE hard drive? If SATA, you may need the F6 drivers on a floppy to get setup to see the drive. Alternatively, you could boot to a 3rd party utility (like from your drive manufacturer) to format, then boot to the XP disc. But if it still locks up at the license agreement, that wouldn't help. Maybe run the diagnostic for your drive (also a download from the drive maker's web site) to see if it's 100% healthy. This tool usually also includes a low level format option.
