A computer on my network will not allow network accounts to log in.
I tried logging in as the local administrator, but someone must have changed the password or deleted the account.
Is there some way I can get into this system to reset the passwords? Any tools available?

I don't want to change the domain admin's password, just reset the local admin's password to what it's supposed to be. It will not let any domain accounts log in, like it's not part of the domain anymore. Once I can log in as local administrator, I can rejoin the domain. I know the domain admin's password, just can't log in.

if it is not a part of the related domain nor is connected to it, so naturally you would not be able to authenticate the domain admin's account(or any user a part of the domain ) by the Domain Controller. For local admin's account you could try running LC4 as KODO suggested, it is pretty darn good but unregistered version will only give you like 3-4 digits of the password...chances of the local admin password being less than 4 digits? :p
