Trouble restarting windows

    I am getting this error message every other time I restart windows: "CTEaxSPl" and "Library Not Registered". After this message appears, (before windows 2000 gets to my desktop) my computer freezes, and I have to restart it. Has anyone heard of this?

    it is some problem with your soundblaster card. try reinstalling the soundcard driver?

    Yes, I have heard that is a problem with my sound card, and just yesterday (wednesday) I emailed Creative to see what they say. Thank you for your response.
