Trouble using Print Screen option

Hi!

We are unable to print screen. We've tried Alt+Print Screen and nothing happens. We have tried selecting all files, copying and pasting into a document and that doesn't work. We have a list of doc's that we have to have a paper copy for and just can't seem to make it happen. Suggestions?

We are using Windows XP and Office 2000.

Are you trying to paste the screen print image to a Word doc?

if so its possible that the Picture Placeholder option is ticked you need to untick this option.

Goto in Word Tools > Options > View adn untick Picture Placeholders > OK and try again.

I am guessing as to the method you are using so if you can give me/us the full steps you are taking to paste the Print Screen image that would be helpfull.... as much info as you can.

In google type in exact phrase of "print screen", without quotes. Quarter of a million hits.

I use PrintNow and gadwin Print screen. Gadwin makes a 2 mb copy however, of the entire screen. There are numerous ones that can cut and paste certain portions of a screen but I have not tried that as yet. Just another thing to learn real soon now. Bazza
