Trouble with opening RootRepeal

After Trojan XPACK Gen got on my computer through a file I downloaded of the internet, I decided to run the Vista and Win 7 Malware Removal/Cleaning Procedure. Everything was going smoothly until I downloaded the RootRepeal program. When trying to open the file, it says that I need to chose a file to open it. I chose to open it with 7Zip, but when trying to extract it with that, a message that says FOPS-Device I o Control Error! Error Code=0xc0000024 Extended Info (0x00000de) pops up. I just need to know if there is any other program I can open it with that wont cause problems.

Well, I've finished the cleaning process. Here are all the logs:

The only problem I had was with ComboFix. It kept saying that Avira was still running even after I deactivated it. When it said to run at your own risk, I didn't want to take that chance. I also had a problem with RootRepeal.
