Trouble with Pinnacle Stidio 10

    I am having problems opening media manager in my Pinnacle Studio 10 Plus version. I receive the message "could not init". I have already contacted customer support at Pinnacle and they no longer support Studio 10. Does anyone out there know how to fix this? I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software which did not help. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
