true stealth question

hi guys. i wonder if you can help. i am using Kaspersky Internet Security 6.0.0299 and my wireless network/router is Belkin G802.11g. my platform is windows xp home sp2.

the problem i am experiencing is stealthing ports 113 and 80 on the sygate stealth test ports 80 and 113 are open, not stealthed and port 113 on the GRC/Shields up test is open not stealthed. i have done everything under the sun to attempt to resolve this problem with no luck what so ever. is there a way i can stealth these ports? if so please share your ideas.

I would consider a second opinion; I've never been a fan of Steve Gibson's sites or tools.

i've tried dslreport's scan. my port 113 is still closed and not stealthed. my zone settings on my firewall are stealthed and most settings e.g. web antivirus etc are on high.
