TrueVector service question

Im sure you will laugh at this question.

I am renewing zonelabs security suite and get this message saying "setup is unable to shut down truevector service. install cannot continue without shutting down the truevector service. Please use the service manager to shut down the truevector service and then restart the installer program.

What is truevector service and how do i shut it down? Also,, what is the service manager?

I feel stupid.

truevector service is essentially the zone alarm firewall service.
go to start--> run.. type in
SERVICES.MSC and hit enter

look for the service in the list, right click on it and choose STOP.. then try to install.

Stop is not highlighted so I can't select it.
What now?

 

find the service.. double click on it. select DISABLE from the dropdown list.. hit apply and reboot. Then try the installation.
