Try these mods

Well, as some of you may or may not know, I am a bit of a fan of the genre called Steampunk. Kind of a Jules Verne-ish look at Victorian era based sci fi (Google it, you can get a better explanation that way)

In my travels, I ran across a unique mod for a keyboard in the steampunk fashion, as I went past that site again tonight, I noticed they added a mod for the LCD monitor as well so the keyboard didn't look so out of place. Check them out...

When i first looked at your post i was not sure what it was about but on opening it i was surprised at the content, i found it very interesting and possibly may try some of this after further investigation with Google.

i will have to go out and buy a second hand computer as it would be a bit difficult with this laptop. http://www.smileyhut.com/working/pcwhack.gif

 

just be warned when you mess about with monitors like Tv's they contain x-rays.

If it's flat it's generally safe.

 

There actually is a mod out there for a working steampunk laptop. I have to look around but I will try and locate it for you when I can and post it up here.
