   "This program is blocked by group policy. For more information, cntact your system administrator."
   
   I am the only user on this computer. Home computer.

   Really need to know the Windows version and service pack if applicable as if you have Windows 10 Tech Preview then this is all over it! for options you'd thought would even be in the admin account!
   
   Also need as mentioned need to know the account you are logged into is it admin or general user?
