Tryin To Allow Microphone An Dell Lappie Use

Recently I tried My hospitals app on my LatitudeE6400 to contact a doctor online I cannot get my built in microphone to work. Using the secure padlock on the URL Lin I have gotten Firefox (latest rev) to click the allow option. I have gotten the video camcorder and sound to work

This sit desperately wants me to download Media player 10, I gave up when it tried to install search encrypt which I detest and do not want. I put Win 7 media player on my task bar in the hope doing some sort of self test on my computer, My working theory is it my have to do with Firefox.
