    Any questions you have, I'm sure that people here would love to answer. If you have any more, feel free to ask. I noticed that aaron's website dosen't have the BEST illustrations for beginners :rolleyes:. It would be very helpful to us however, if you posted the brand name and model number of all the parts that you have. Take a look at my signature, notice I have the brand name for each part, and the speed in some cases.

    AMD 4200+ @ 2600MHz -------- This is my processor
    ASUS A8N-SLI Deluxe -------- My Motherboard
    2GB XMS Corsair (4x512) -------- RAM
    BFG 7900 GTX -------- Video Card
    (2x) 10K Raptor Raid 0 -------- Hard Drive(s)
    SilverStone 560 Watt PSU -------- Power Supply Unit
    Thermaltake BigWater 745 -------- Water Cooling system
    3DMark06 = 6095 -------- A score that shows my computers performance capabilities.

    The more information that you can give us, the more that we can help.

    As for the processor question, we'll need to know what kind of motherboard that you have, if you have one. What is it that you intend on using the computer for, and what is your budget?

    okay, so about $1,480.. (I'm in the states haha). As for the motherboard and processor, what I have is a great gaming setup. I would go AMD for the processor, maybe an opteron 180 (about £350) or if you dont want to spend too much money, an AMD Athlon X2 4200+ (like I have, about £190). The motherboard: there are TONS to choose from, the two processors I gave you are both 939 chipsets, Again, I would recommend going AMD, so here are a couple 939 chipset motherboards that you could use with these processors. (their listed in my top choice to my last choice)\

    1. LANPARTY UT CFX3200-DR
    2. LANPARTY UT RDX200 CF-DR
    3. ASUS A8N-SLI Deluxe

    If you want more choices, Just run a search for "Motherboard 939"

    If you want to get some really nice Hard Drives, I would suggest buying either 2 36.6 GB Raptors, or 2 74 GB Raptors (made by western digital) and running them in RAID 0.
